Based on the book “Black Exploring the Post and Chain Mentality” this presentation is a self-examination of one’s attitude towards members of their own race or culture. Participants will be challenged to evaluate their own attitudes and behaviors within their respective cultural communities.
Goals of the Economic Development Series:

  • Increased economic and business interaction specific to your community.
  • Create build and maintain effective networking relationships within chamber members and surrounding business community.
  • Assess personal behavior patterns within racial or cultural communities
  • Raise participants self-awareness of their own racial beliefs systems.
  • Encourage the participant to make more culturally aligned decisions and systematically relational context within their respective communities i.e. educational, financial, health, employment, and politically
