Carmen Thompson began her real estate career over 16 years ago, as an associate for a local shopping center REIT, assisting in development, third-party construction management, as well as (QPAM) asset management, assisting in the management of over a billion dollars in assets. Currently, Carmen is a licensed real estate broker that conducts agency leasing and sales for the retail division of Cushman Wakefield. Carmen focuses on Landlord and Tenant representation as well as investment sales across the state of Indiana. In addition, Carmen is an entrepreneur, investor and real estate developer, as well as an IU, Kelly School of Business graduate, with a degree in marketing and distribution management.
